Add "warnings"

Some apps have very clear issues that call their usability or verdict in question at least for some users or reviewers. They should warn the user to actually read the full review before using this of all wallets.

ABCore for example is a Bitcoin full node with the according requirements to bandwidth, battery and storage.

Green Wallet's Liquid accounts have dramatically lower security properties than Bitcoin accounts.

Blue Wallet's lightning account is custodial despite the app being advertised as non-custodial.
