Complete refresh script to include more automation

• automate removal after 2 weeks in defunct.yml: We currently manually parse the defunct.yml from time to time. The command is for example ./refresh.sh -d true -a android/com.BizzCoin,iphone/com.app.bitneuro,...
• check source repositories for availability and print out if not.
• check URLs for availability such as main website, social media accounts etc.
