Add misleading meta verdict/tag

The misleading meta verdict or tag can apply in situations when the app itself or it's official promotions or documentation or people/companies behind them post misleading information about the app, examples:

1. BlueWallet LN wallet is custodial but it's not clear it's custodial, details in issue: #442 (closed)
2. Vendors who claim their app/products is open-source while it's not (closed source or source available instead), details in issue: #440
3. Incorrect claims about open source security/verifiability, examples are: Casa (see WS review), Zengo (see WS review and issue #158 (closed)) exodus/coinomi/trustwallet (the fake wallets claims)
