somehow the script runs ran the dates to the past. This commit reverts
all date updates and stuff that's easy to fix with a script run.

fix changes introduced by atom default settings. It messed with final
newlines and line endings

used a script run to add myself as author on all reviews
changed the refresh scripts to feature the authors

also added new field wsId as in "Wallet Scrutiny ID" for grouping of
wallets across platforms

"verifiable" is being confused with meaning "verified", so here all
mentions of "verifiable" are replaced with the more appropriate word
"reproducible".
"not verifiable" was kept as an umbrella term for all cases a wallet
provider could steal all the funds of all the users.

According to @Jackielove4u on Telegram, all those wallets also support
BTC along with being Groestlcoin wallets.
