Add ability to add loose files to an archive

Add the ability to add loose files to an archive. This will occur in memory only initially and be saved when the user saves the archive changes to disk.

If the loose file has the same name as an existing file prompt the user to accept the original file being overwritten. Verify case sensitivity of mix archive file names
