Support of the composition API

Hi, It would be a nice feature to support the composition api, when i create a MD now of an vue component using the composition api, it will give me empty output.

Steps to reproduce

Generate MD of a component that uses the composition api

What is the current bug behavior?

It gives empty output

What is the expected correct behavior?

That the output is filled :-)
