Setup new mod/skin format

The new format of using JSON to store the information and having more flexible naming of files and folders

This is the task which needs to be completed in order for this new format to be fully working.

• Setup the mod creator page to create the boilerplate code for the user
• Loading the mod with the information of the new json displayed
• Uploading the mod to the website
• The ablity to update that mod throught the mod loader.
