[Graphical] Swamp toads respawn inflated

Doing MEP1 and getting the dyed frogs for the Fixed device.

Steps to recreate:

Was inflating toads but when they respawned they looked fat and big and round and inflated and puffed like in the animation when you use the bellows on them.
