Frem Isles missing dialog

During Fremennik Isles, Thakkrad Sigmundson has a slightly different line if the player is carrying yak-hide and transitions into offering to cure the hide(s).

Steps to recreate:

  1. go to runescape.wiki/w/Transcript:The_Fremennik_Isles
  2. ctrl + F "aroma" or "distinctive"
  3. see his lines immediately above and below this one
  4. currently, the player can only say he will return with the hides soon
