Hi there 👋

I'm Vishwas. I like working with code and machines. I am a software engineer and currently work on software that runs a cloud platform at my day job.

I'm a huge fan of open source and frequently contribute to multiple projects.

I enjoy tinkering with devices, operating systems, virtual machines, containers, physical networks, CI/CD, observability, and telemetry.

What I'm currently working on

I'm a member of the project-zot organization. I review pull requests and work on new features. I'm currently working on a new feature for streaming blobs directly to clients to improve Time To First Byte (TTFB).

I've also been learning something new - how software works on mobile devices. I'm a device maintainer for my device on postmarketOS. It is an interesting adventure to learn about understanding hardware, building and testing kernels, working with device trees, and upstreaming patches to the mainline kernel.
