Vivecraft, and maybe other openGL VR games, don't work through steamVR if there's multiple AMD GPUs in a system

I narrowed this to a steamVR bug: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/SteamVR-for-Linux/issues/848

setting: MESA_VK_DEVICE_SELECT=/dev/dri/renderD129 VK_DEVICE_SELECT=2

to a specific GPU and switching to open composite + wiVRn fixes it, I only tried ALVR with SteamVR but it's definitely a SteamVR thing due to the VR view having it as well
