Publishing of /stereo_*_disparity_* topics

When running the voxl-dfs-server, voxl_mpa_to_ros:

1/ creates a series of topics to publish the disparities (expected behavior): /stereo_front_disparity/left /stereo_front_disparity/right /stereo_front_disparity_scaled/left /stereo_front_disparity_scaled/right /stereo_rear_disparity/left /stereo_rear_disparity/right /stereo_rear_disparity_scaled/left /stereo_rear_disparity_scaled/right

2/ However when trying to access any of these topics in ROS, e.g. in rqt_image_view, voxl_mpa_to_ros outputs:

Stereo interface received non-stereo frame, exiting stereo

This was testing in the following configuration:
