Add support for FUSE_POSIX_LOCKS

The C implementation of the daemon does support the FUSE_POSIX_LOCKS, which allows the remote side to do locking with POSIX locks.

This feature may have an impact on performance, so once implemented, we should also have a flag to disable it.
