[version>=8.0] No sound on Windows virt-viewer client

Many users, including me, report being unable to get sound from remote machine to be played back on Windows client after installing client version 8.0 or 9.0. The issue exists for both Linux and Windows virtual machines.

I have downgraded the virt-viewer client on my Windows machine to version 7.0 and sound works, both input and output. It's broken in version 8.0 and 9.0.
