Presumably, the font used only covers Latin characters. Possibly #2 has more coverage. Otherwise, maybe https://graphicdesign.stackexchange.com/a/96195 would work. Or replacing characters altogether, although that's irreversible (see https://myfonj.github.io/utils/bookmarklets/dummyze-scramble-obfuscate-greek-page-content.html - source).
