[bug] setup error on 1.10 osticket: error when using aliasing

  • redirections goes wrong due bad assignment or ROOT_PATH usage in call for setup
  • ROOT_DIR takes place for filesystem instalation event server uri's so
  • by example when user goes to request firts vistit to setup
  • use right pathc by the server path info as better de osticket developer are crap of windosers
