updated haniwa catacomb entrance placement rotation to match modified CARDINALS ordering

removed the pi/2 offset for calculation of rotation for haniwa entrance placement, to match the re-ordering of CARDINALS that was made in the glider course branch.

a more proper fix might be using one starting point to derive the alignment for tree and entrance (clearing + placement), but i'll leave that for now.
