Misc fixes

Changes:

  • Fix rolls not providing i-frames inside friendly fire auras
  • Make mud drop items again (broke with the mining update)
  • Stop (some) agents from always running into the attacker.
  • Another small bugfix which totally isn't a new item that makes your eyes glow red for the halloween event
