“Character Creation” button out of frame

Basically, whenever I start the game and select play, at the character selection screen, the button of “character selection” is not visible, since it appears too low on the screen, and is only visible after I press F11 to play in Full Screen (still then it is only partially visible) I’m playing on the latest version (at this current time the 0.4 I think) in Windows 10.
