All houses should be accessible by NPCs

Summary

Some houses are generated with no accessible path (see screenshot below). This will stop the NPCs from entering their houses at night.

Steps to reproduce

• Generate a world with seed 1948292704
• Teleport to Bring town /site Bring

The house is SW of town at the edge of water.
