Solve death messages spam with a large amount of players online
Follow up from !2124 (merged)
Currently death messages start spamming world chat whenever a certain amount of players is online. This could be solved by the following features:

Start filtering death messages as soon as the player count exceeds 10 players and make this a server option with 10 as the default

Always show death messages for players with the same group id as the player himself

Only show death messages for players outside the player's group in a certain range (e.g. the same range as /say)
