Support extended crontab notation

Currently, the crontab notation */5, (which is shorthand for 0-59/5 in the context of minutes) is not supported. A rewrite from * to the appropriate range (0-59 for minutes, 0-23 for hours, etc.) would probably suffice to fix this.
