Readability (and darkness) of logs

Browser: Chrome 72.0.3626.121

Dark-GitLab version: 0.27.0

Describe the issue (if necessary):
It isn't very easy to read the logs in the admin interface, and they don't appear to be in line with the rest of the theme.

(It would also be nice if the scrollable log area went to the bottom of the window instead of leaving all that empty space at the bottom)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
