Auto-detect schema of a resource

Depends on validata-ui-legacy#8 (closed) and validata-ui-legacy#2 (closed)

• As a user,
• I want Qualidata to select the correct validation schema from the resource I input,
• in order to easily validate it.

Acceptation Criteria

• Good Tables UI should pre-select the correct SCDL schema to use for validation
• Users should be told about this pre-selection and be able to change it
• Inference from the content of a CSV files that the users add as input
