Wrong conditional error if there is an empty conditional formatting

Reproduce

1. Take a column without conditional formatting.
2. Add conditional formatting without specifying any color or fill color. 3.a If there is none yet, introduce an error in the column according to the schema 3.b Validate

Observation

The red fillcolor, for underlining errors, is applied on the preexisting empty conditional formatting instead of the new on created for this purpose.
