Clarify naming: utsushi vs. imagescan

Introductory disclaimer: My assumption is that this repository represents the GPLv3+ source code of the Image Scan v3 application bundle downloadable from http://support.epson.net/linux/en/imagescanv3.php

The README mentions the resulting binary as utsushi, while the binary provided by the Image Scan v3 installation is named imagescan.

Would it make sense to mention that fact in the README?

It should be transparent (aka obvious) which source code belongs to which binary when a software states to be licensed under the terms of a free software license (GPLv3+ in our case).
