Inhibition reactions not preserved when converting from CellDesigner to SBML

When using the neuron_cd from [https://git-r3lab.uni.lu/minerva/core/issues/552](https://git-r3lab.uni.lu/minerva/core/issues/552) and conversion to SBML (and then exporting it, e.g. to PDF), the result does not preserve inhibition.
