null() is displayed in organism when DiseaseId updated

I uploaded project with no DiseaseId not OrganismId. `N/A | N/A` are displayed correctly I admin panel. Then I updated only DiseaseID - MeSH Id displayed correctly, but OrganismId changed from `N/A` to `null()`. similar to #1646.
