Biomodels reaction are not fully highlighted

`16.1.0~beta0` [Wang2016_3A2.xml](/uploads/9e2473e459df1d1116f8308d80d9064c/Wang2016_3A2.xml). Also the segment which is not highlighted is not responsive while reaction is "not-clicked".
