DAPI Admin interface should be re-designed in the following way: On the first log in, the user should see a table like below:  with two buttons: "Log in" and "Create account" "Log in" button should invoke a log in dialog popup window, with two fields, login and password "Create account" button should invoke a dialog popup window to create a new account as it is now, but with one additional field, "Repeat password". After a successful log in, the user should see a table like below:
