[JOSS] citation style(s)

The cited software currently appears with authors "Team, S." or similar. I'd kindly ask for this to be uniform, and ideally match the misc style used for software in the [JOSS example paper](https://joss.readthedocs.io/en/latest/example_paper.html).

Also, when you are referencing links (like the current last line in the paper), I would prefer if you could make it a proper citation (in this case to the README).
