`Click` failing after `ScrollTo`

I have an problem where a click is failing to register on an element after scrolling to the element.

If I call row.ScrollTo().Click() the test fails because the expected consequence of the click does not occur.

If I call:

row.ScrollTo();
Thread.Sleep(500);
row.Click();

the scenario passes.

If I call:

Thread.Sleep(500);
row.ScrollTo();
row.Click();

the scenario fails.

If I call:

row.ScrollTo();
row.WaitUntilVisible
row.Click();

the scenario fails.
