"Payment failed" notification everywhere - not able to remove
Summary
If you press on pay with paypal a error message "Payment failed" will be shown at every text input field.
Steps to reproduce
- open https://umod.org/cart
- press "Pay with PayPal"
- payment failed info will be shown and you cannot remove it
What is the current bug behavior?
If you click on the X to remove the info it appears again when you reload / change the page
What is the expected correct behavior?
After clicking on the X info should be removed ant NOT shown again
