Container in restart loop
Hello everyone,
I try to run GitLab for ARM on my Raspberry Pi 4 with fresh instaces of Raspberry OS (Buster), docker, and docker-compose.
Here is my docker-compose file:
web:
image: 'ulm0/gitlab'
restart: always
hostname: 'test.mydomain.ending'
environment:
GITLAB_OMNIBUS_CONFIG: |
external_url 'http://test.mydomain.ending'
# Add any other gitlab.rb configuration here, each on its own line
ports:
- '1080:80'
- '10443:443'
- '1022:22'
volumes:
- '/home/pi/docker-volumes/gitlab/config:/etc/gitlab'
- '/home/pi/docker-volumes/gitlab/logs:/var/log/gitlab'
- '/home/pi/docker-volumes/gitlab/data:/var/opt/gitlab'
I have a web proxy which maps port 80 of test.mydomain.ending to port 1080 to the private IP of the Raspberry Pi (SSL is forced). When I start the container, it ends up in a loop of restarts:
user@raspberrypi:~/docker/gitlab $ docker ps -a
CONTAINER ID IMAGE COMMAND CREATED STATUS PORTS NAMES
df2b2c1a9046 ulm0/gitlab "/assets/wrapper" 9 minutes ago Restarting (1) 48 seconds ago gitlab_web_1
Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
Jan
