Drupal - hours display on Sundays

As a general public user looking at the /hours page on a Sunday one see's the current date highlighted in the right-most column. The columns to the left of that show the dates for the coming week rather than the proceeding week. This may lead to confusion especially at the beginning and end of academic terms, holidays etc.

The desired behavior is to show the proceeding week's days.
