twitter display off-center

Hi Ian, I looked at the twitter sign this morning and it looks like background is fixed on the portrait sign.
The landscape sign has the background but the content seems to be pushed to the left. 
My guess is the campus alert warning is messing up the positioning. 
Do you know if it’s possible to remove the sign pages from displaying that banner? 
On the portrait signs the banner pushes content off the screen. 
If not it’s probably ok. The signs have been that way for a while and are still useable.
