[QTWebEngine] Crackling sounds when recording audio

There is a sound issue detected by @FFast (see https://t.me/ut_pocox3/12861), thanks to the Telegram app (https://open-store.io/app/nl.btr.telegram).
When you record an audio message, or during a call, you hear clicks/crackles.
These sounds disappear if you add “--audio-buffer-size=2048” to the QTWEBENGINE_CHROMIUM_FLAGS environment variable.
