Vibration on Xperia X running 24.04-1.x is not working

• Device: Sony Xperia X
• Channel: 24.04-1.x RC
• Build: 24.04-1.2 RC 2

There has been report on the call-for-testing post for UT 24.04-1.2 RC that:

I notice no vibration on sony xperia X. (at start, with keyboard...). Is it a probleme on my device or with the 24.04-1.2 RC (1 & 2) ?

As discussed with @fredldotme, this should not block the release of Ubuntu Touch 24.04-1.2 and promotion of Xperia X to Stable channel of 24.04-1.x.
