send sms from dialer

i would like to request a feature that allows users to send an sms directly from the dialer. often, when someone dictates their phone number to me, or when I copy a number from a website, I find myself needing to switch to the messages app to send an sms. it would be much more convenient to have a button to send an sms right next to the call button in the dialer.

benefit:

this feature would streamline the process of sending messages, making it easier and faster for users to communicate without the need to switch between apps.

additional information:

for example, if i click on a phone number link (like <a href="tel:xxxxx">), it should open in the dialer with an option to send an sms immediately, rather than having to copy the number and paste it into the messages app. (yes there is sms:// but not much on webpages)
