Release status

• Ubuntu Touch 20.04 OTA-9 is released. 🎉

Blocking issue/MR:

• ubports/development/core/hybris-support/lxc-android-config!144 (merged) - fixes a problem where, if VoLTE uses IPv6, access to IPv6-only site will timeout rather than outright fail (we don't support IPv6 on general mobile data yet. ubports/development/core/lomiri-system-settings-cellular#2 (moved)).

• Verify image has been sitting in the RC channel for at least 1 week.
• Verify image has no blocking issue.
• (20.04 OTA-9 only) add new devices to /stable (amar_row_wifi, amar_row_lte)
• Promote images from /rc to /stable.
• Set up phaser in Ansible Playbook.
