Release status

• Rollout has started. Freeze onubport/focal now lifted.
• The cellular functionality problem in Pixel 3a XL is solved by switching oFono plugin back to ofono-ril-plugin. The problem with ofono-binder-plugin has to be investigated further.
• The Volla Phone X23 first SIM slot mobile data issue is solved by ubports/development/core/packaging/ofono-sailfish!29 (merged) and a configuration change port-side
• I'm investigating a reported regression in MMS on Volla Phone 22 (with a specific carrier I'm afraid). As such 20.04 OTA-8 is delayed. More likely to be a random connection error than a regression. As such, 20.04 OTA-8 will be released on Monday 3 March.
