Rename to lomiri-telephony-service
After filing an ITP for telephony-service [1] we received a comment on the too generic name of this component.
I'd suggest renaming to lomiri-telephony-service for the UT 22.04 cycle. In Debian, I will start with lomiri-* package names (except from the library).
