Issues with connecting to UT hotspot from client devices

It appears devices may have a buggy WPA-PSK-SHA256 implementation only in AP mode, which could require some way for specific device ports to disable Protected Management Frames (PMF) / 802.11w which appear to cause clients being unable to connect to an Ubuntu Touch device hosted hotspot.
