Secure connection error, when choose to "proceed anyway", doesn't show up in a new tab

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a new tab. Visit https://expired.badssl.com/, and when prompted, choose "Proceed anyway". Notice that the padlock in this tab is a broken one.
2. Open another tab, and visit https://expired.badssl.com/ again. You won't be prompted again (good). However, the padlock in this tab now shows secure connection, which is incorrect.

Tested with Morph Browser at commit 589db15a and QtWebengine 5.14.2, 5.15.9.
