Feature request: Change USSD notification sound independently of SMS notification sound

(following from this forum post)

Whenever I send a text message, I receive a USSD notification from my mobile network saying how much balance I have left. This is a useful feature, not only to see how my MMS budget is doing, but also for anyone who has a plan that limits how many SMS messages can be sent per month, as I used to.

Would it be possible to add an option to either have a different notification sound for USSD messages or silence it. Ideally something for turning vibration off in this case as well.

I'm not 100% sure if this is the right place to post this issue but it is the app I'm using when I experience it.
