Visual + performance (?) regression in app switcher
Since the merge of [1] and [2], it turns out that while [2] fixes the app's thumbnail from going out-of-bound, together they cause the app's thumbnail to be from the middle, not the top, which IMO doesn't make much sense and could confuse some people.
Also, it's been reported that [2] could be the cause of performance issue on some devices (e.g. Volla Phone 22) when there's multiple (~5 or more) apps in the spread. Although I cannot verify this claim.
Since the intention of [1] is to support cropping out the shadow of GTK+3 applications, and supporting GTK+3 applications seems to be something more than just changing the way cropping works, I think it's better to revert both MRs for now to ensure best experience for phone usecase. Distros packaging Lomiri for desktop usecase could carry theses MRs as distro patches for the time being.
