Use Super for dragging windows instead of Alt

Description

Currently, we use the old way of holding Alt then dragging a window with the mouse. However, I think this isn't the case in many DEs now such as Gnome. They now use Super and I would assume it's because there are apps that use Alt. Superis more reserved for system functions unlikeAlt`. Example for this is selecting texts vertically in some editors like notepadqq.
