Workspace list in the Spread starts out in an angle

Steps to reproduce

1. Boot or start Lomiri
2. Go to Windowed mode and make sure Workspaces is enabled
3. Go to the spread

Expected Results

Workspace previews are listed and displayed normally at the top

Actual Results

Workspace previews are in an angle until you hover on them
