Restoring window via double click on the titlebar puts it on the top-leftmost

Steps to reproduce

  1. Switch to Windowed mode
  2. Open an app
  3. Maximize the app
  4. Double click at the top bar to restore that window

Expected Results

Window restores to its original position where it was before it was maximized

Actual Results

The window restores at the top-left most of the screen or close to it.

Additional Information

The result varies a bit in my observation. On an external display in Ubuntu Touch, it goes at the top-leftmost of the screen. On Ubuntu desktop and on my Ubuntu Touch tablet, it goes close to the top-left corner and as you do it multiple times, it slowly gets closer to the top-left corner of the screen.
