[24.04-1.x] let Wizard pull version (tag) from system-image

On first-run wizard after upgrade, currently it says "Welcome to Ubuntu Touch 24.04-1.x", pulling version from Click framework. This is not user friendly. Lomiri should pull this version from system-image so it says "24.04-1.0" or "24.04-1.1" etc.
